Established in 2015, we are a family owned and operated business that spans two generations. We began as a toy store, and in 2018 we added Magpies Collection where we have something for everyone- toys, puzzles, stuffed animals, candy, handmade gifts, housewares, greeting cards, holiday items, and much more! We love our community and our customers. We feel very lucky to have been a part of this community for so long!
We have become a destination for tourists and locals for the nostalgic, old fashioned feeling to the store. When you walk in the wood floors will creak, you might smell fresh made cinnamon buns or coffee, we have an amazing inventory of over 2,000 items to delight the eye, and the convenience of being a one-stop gift shop: find a card, find a gift, and we will wrap it for you!

Returns can be made in person at any of our store locations or by mailing them back to our store. Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If the return is received in our warehouse after the 14 day return window, you will get a store credit.
If the item shows signs of use or packaging has been damaged or has excessive markings/tape other than clear packing tape, the item is subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
From time to time, we have items on clearance. Clearance items are non-refundable.
You are able to cancel an order that has not shipped yet at no cost by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has shipped out, please follow our return guidelines.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to our store will be subject to a fee no greater than 10% of the total purchase price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by us. If you would prefer us to re-ship the item back out to the correct address, you are responsible for the shipping fee.
Items that cannot be returned:
Special order items (please note special orders cannot be cancelled once placed)
Custom orders (please note special orders cannot be cancelled once placed)
Opened bath or shaving products (soap, lotion, bathbombs, lip chap, razors etc.)

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund/store credit to be issued.
